Booking

Show length: Each show lasts 2 - 2 1/2 hours. A large stage show includes 5 stripteases, 5 comedy skits, 3 songs by the band, and 2 audience participation games. The show alternates among each type of performance.

Preparation: We are capable of supplying a full show at the drop of a hat, 2-5 hours. Call us now!

Performers and Crew: We have up to 8 female dancers, 3 male performers, a 7-piece band, and three stagehands.

Audience: We average 300 people per show, 400 or so in towns we are established in and play regularly.

Stage needs: We can perform on a Broadway style stage as well as a bar stage. The size and complexity of the show depends on the size of the space.

Sound: The End Times Orchestra is a 7 piece band -- rhythm section of drums, guitar, and bass. Vocalist and three horn players. 3 additional stage mics are preferred but not necessary. We own our own sound system, but prefer to use yours. We will bring anything we may need to supplement what you've got.

Green Room: A secure, clean dressing room with mirrors close to the stage that can accommodate 10 performers is ideal. Audience must stay away from the changing ladies.

Technical needs: We bring our own lighting and sound technicians. If you would rather we use your sound guy, that's fine. But if he's only run sound for rock bands, he is not prepared for our show.

Intermission: Theatrical shows have one intermission. If we are at a bar, we will have as many intermissions as you like to keep people moving towards the bar. Cocktail wait staff are encouraged to circulate for higher sales.

Licenses: The show can include fire spinning if the necessary licenses are filed by the venue.

Special needs: The venue is asked to provide the cast, band, and crew with complimentary food and beverages.

Arrival: We will be at your venue 3 hours before curtain for sound check and makeup and costuming.

Breakdown: We will need an hour after the show to breakdown.

Marketing: Marketing: Super Happy Funtime will provide the venue with marketing materials such as poster designs and press releases that it can use to promote the show. We have a 2500 name email list, run print ads in all the major newspapers and magazines, have website Facebook and myspace promotions, street team that flyers, and much more. The cast members are available for radio and television coverage. The show will also contact media in the venue's city.
